A: Every time you complete an eligible activity, your Points expiry date will extend by 24 months. That means earning, redeeming or buying a Point. A: No. The number of Points needed to get a flight reward won’t change. At the beginning of 2020 Reward Seats started from 7,800 Points plus taxes and fees and in 2021 it’s the same. Find out more

"Will my Status membership expire because I can’t fly?”

A: Eligible Platinum, Gold and Silver members have been provided with a Status Credit gift, as well as an extension of their Status, to get them through to at least March 2021.
