If you have a Velocity Redemption Booking and Virgin Australia or one of Velocity's airline partners has cancelled your flight, we'll be in touch with you via email with your options. You do not need to use this form. 

Important Information

The dedicated cancellation form below will allow you to cancel existing Redemption or Any Seat bookings for travel between 15 March 2020 and 30 June 2020 on flights with Virgin Australia or any of Velocity’s partners.
  • This will process a full cancellation of your booking for all passengers on the booking.
  • Even if you do not hear from us prior to your departure, your cancellation will still be processed.
  • You will receive your refund or Travel Credit within 21 business days:

What will happen once you submit the form:

  • Reward Seat cancellations: Once you have successfully completed and submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation message. We’ll then process your cancellation within 21 business days. We’ll waive the cancellation fee and your Velocity Points will be returned to your Velocity account, and If your booking was a Points + Pay booking, the "pay" portion of your booking will be refunded to the original form of payment within 21 business days.
  • Any Seat cancellations: You will receive email confirmation once your travel credit has been processed. That will occur within 21 business days of your successfully completing and submitting the form. Details on how and when you can use your travel credit will be included in the email confirmation.
