Change or Cancel an Any Seat Booking
Any Seat bookings can be changed or cancelled online if paid by 100% points, if multiple forms of payment were used please call our Membership Contact Centre between 9am and 5pm AEDT Monday to Friday.
Alternatively, if you are travelling within 48hrs and need assistance outside our office hours, you can email us at email@example.com. To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following information:
- The date of travel;
- Your booking reference number;
- The name or names associated with the booking.
We’ll waive fees for any changes you make to Any Seat bookings made on or before 30 April 2021, for travel on or before 31 January 2022. Changes must be made before the date of travel or 31 January 2022 (whichever is earlier).
If you would like to change your flight to a different origin or destination, please contact our Membership Contact Centre between 9am and 5pm AEDT Monday to Friday.
Whilst no change fee applies, you’ll need to take care of any differences in the fare if you want to go to another destination or travel in a different fare class.
For bookings made on or before 30 April 2021 and for travel up to 31 January 2022 , we’ll waive cancellation fees for Any Seat bookings credited to Travel Bank.
Where fare rules permit a refund to original form of payment, standard fare rules will apply (including any cancellation penalties).
Changes to your booking must be made before the date of travel or before 31 January 2022 (whichever is earlier).
Flight Cancelled by Virgin Australia
For all Velocity Redemption Bookings, if Virgin Australia cancels your flight and a suitable alternative is not available, we’ll refund your Points/cash in full to the original form of payment (except for any booking or credit card fees) regardless of the date of cancellation.
