Before claiming

  • If you provided your Velocity number when you booked your flight, please ensure you have allowed up to 30 days for your Points and Status Credits to land in your account before submitting a claim. 
  • Have your flight details handy, including your flight number and date of travel. You can find these on your electronic ticket or boarding pass.

How to claim

  1. Email Velocity Member Services at retro@velocityfrequentflyer.com with your Velocity membership number and a copy of your electronic ticket and boarding pass.
  2. If eligible, your Points and Status Credits will land in your account within 2 weeks.
