- If you provided your Velocity number when you booked your flight, please ensure you have allowed up to 14 days for your Points to land in your account before submitting a claim.
- Have your flight details handy, including your flight number and date of travel. You can find these on your electronic ticket or boarding pass.
How to claim
- Email Velocity Member Services at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Velocity membership number and a copy of your electronic ticket and boarding pass.
- If eligible, your Points and Status Credits will land in your account within 2 weeks.
