Etihad Airways has informed us that it is currently experiencing technical difficulties in the processing of Points and Status Credits for passengers who travelled on an Etihad Airways flight between 31 May 2019 and 10 June 2019. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and we are working with Etihad Airways to have this resolved.

Before claiming

  • If you provided your Velocity number when you booked your flight, please ensure you have allowed up to 14 days for your Points to land in your account before submitting a claim. 
  • Have your flight details handy, including your flight number and date of travel. You can find these on your electronic ticket or boarding pass.

How to claim

  1. Get started and complete the missing Points claim below.
  2. If eligible, your Points and Status Credits will land in your account within 72 hours.
