- If you provided your Velocity number when you booked your flight, please ensure you have allowed up to 14 days for your Points to land in your account before submitting a claim.
- Have your flight details handy, including your flight number and date of travel. You can find these on your electronic tcket or boarding pass.
How to claim
- Visit the FlyPelican website to complete a claim form.
- If eligible, your Points and Status Credits will land in your account within 14 days
Please note: Claims for FlyPelican must be made within 30 days of travel.
