- If you provided your Velocity number when you booked your flight, please ensure you have allowed up to 14 days for your Points to land in your account before submitting a claim.
- Have your flight details handy, including your flight number and date of travel. You can find these on your electronic ticket or boarding pass.
How to claim
- Call Velocity Member Services within 30 days of flying.
- Answer a few questions about your flight. Have your electronic ticket handy to assist.
- If eligible, your Points and Status Credits will land in your account within 4 to 6 weeks.
