Partnership Update

From 30 June 2022, Velocity Members will no longer be able to sign up to a bundll account and link their Velocity Membership to earn Velocity Points.

Any Velocity Members who downloaded the bundll app and linked their Velocity Membership and bundll account prior to 30 June 2022 and who remain an Eligible Customer will continue to be able to earn Velocity Points in accordance with the offer Terms and Conditions below.

You will receive your Velocity Points in your account within 2 business days of completing the relevant earn activity (or a longer time period specified in the terms and conditions for a particular offer).

If 2 business days has passed and you have not received your Velocity Points, please contact the Velocity Membership Centre for assistance on 13 18 75 with the following:

If you have an issue with your bundll account please go to the bundll website and start by accessing the FAQ and self serve options https://www.bundll.com/au/
Do you have an email from Velocity in your inbox? If so, you can find your membership details at the top of the email.

Otherwise, if you know the email address, first Name and last Name registered on your Velocity account, and have set up your security question, you can recover your Velocity membership number via the Velocity website. Your Velocity membership number will then be emailed to the address registered on your Velocity account.

Terms and Conditions

On-going usage: Earn 1 Velocity Point for every $5 repaid to your bundll account from your bundll funding source. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated. The total Points awarded is calculated by applying the Points earn rate to the number of $5 increments you have paid to reduce your outstanding balance, with increments of less than $5 rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, a repayment of $17.50 would earn 3 Velocity Points (3 x $5 increments, with additional $2.50 rounded down), while a repayment of $17.55 would earn 4 Velocity Points (3 x $5 increments, with additional $2.55 rounded up).

Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Velocity member account which is linked to the relevant bundll account via the App at the time of the relevant earn activity. If a Velocity member has enrolled in Family Pooling, any Velocity Points received will be awarded to the nominated beneficiary of the Family Pool. Velocity Points will be allocated to the member’s account within 2 business days of completing the relevant earn activity, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

To earn Velocity Points you must be a current Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, and any changes to Velocity’s member benefits and features, including Points earn with bundll, will be governed by those Terms and Conditions. Velocity collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The bundll product and the bundll Velocity card is provided by humm Cards Pty Ltd ABN 31 099 651 877 Australian credit licence number 247415. The bundll product is subject to the bundll Terms and Conditions or the superbundll Terms and Conditions (as applicable). Bundll collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Credit Reporting Policy. humm Cards Pty Ltd is not responsible for the redemption of Points from Velocity - please contact Velocity regarding any queries relating to the redemption of Points.

If you link your Velocity membership to your bundll account, bundll will share some of your personal information with Velocity. Velocity and bundll may use your personal information for purposes related to your linked accounts, including to: (a) confirm that you are a Velocity member, (b) link your accounts, and (c) allow you to access details about your Velocity account, such as your Velocity membership number, from within the bundll app.

You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time through “Profile” in your bundll Account.
