Purchase a Medibank Pet Insurance policy, subject to the Medibank Pet Insurance eligibility criteria.

Purchase a new Medibank Pet Insurance policy with a minimum annual premium of $200 (post any discounts being applied) between (and including up to) 12:01am AEST 1 March 2024 - 31 May 2024 (Offer Period).

Be a new Medibank Pet Insurance customer. You must not be an existing Medibank Pet Insurance customer and must not have held a Medibank Pet Insurance policy in the last 12 months.

Use promo code VELOCITYPET and provide your valid Velocity membership number at the time of purchasing during the Promotion Period.

To receive your Velocity Points, you must hold the same eligible Medibank Pet Insurance policy for 90 continuous days from the policy purchase date. Your Medibank Pet Insurance policy must be active, not suspended or in arrears in order for the Velocity Points to be awarded (refer to FAQ: How many Velocity Points can I earn on my Medibank Pet Insurance Policy?).

Only one Velocity membership number can be linked per Medibank Pet Insurance policy and it must be the Velocity membership number of the Medibank Pet Insurance policyholder.
Please ensure that you use the correct and valid Velocity membership number that matches your Velocity account when applying for your Medibank Pet Insurance policy. You must then hold your policy for 90 continuous days. Your Medibank Pet Insurance policy must be active, not suspended or in arrears in order for the Velocity Points to be awarded. Then, after the 90 continuous days, please allow an additional 10 business days for your Points to be credited to your account. For Pet Protect Pet Insurance, you can claim up to 70% of eligible vet costs. For, Pet Plus Pet Insurance, you can claim up to 80% of vet costs. For Pet Max Pet Insurance, you can claim up to 90% of eligible vet costs.

¥ Any vet, other than yourself, who is licensed in and currently registered in Australia (with the exception of a vet, other than yourself, who is licensed in and currently registered in New Zealand for the purposes of the Travelling in New Zealand additional benefits).
