To earn Velocity Points with Youfoodz, you must enter your first name, last name and Velocity membership number into the relevant fields at the checkout when you place an order via youfoodz.com or on the Youfoodz App (iOS App version 2020.4 or later). Both the first and last name entered must correctly match the first and last name associated with the Velocity account. Velocity membership details must be recorded at the time of the transaction to be eligible for Velocity Points.
Velocity members will earn 2 Velocity Points per $1 spent on all eligible* Youfoodz orders that are made via youfoodz.com or on the Youfoodz App (iOS App version 2020.4 or later). This double Points offer is available from 1 November to 30 November only.

Velocity Points will be earned on the amount of the order payable by the member for the relevant Youfoodz purchase excluding delivery fees.

*A minimum spend of $49 (incl. GST) is required in order to earn Velocity Points.
Yes. You can earn 2 Velocity Points per $1 spent on a recurring Youfoodz order for eligible purchases (excluding delivery fees) during the double Points promotional period (1 November to 30 November). Then you will earn the standard rate of 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent from 1 December.
Velocity Points will be credited to your Velocity account, regardless of payment type within 14 working days of successful payment of each Youfoodz order.
Velocity Points will be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account, regardless of payment
type within 14 days of successful payment of each Youfoodz order.

If 14 days has passed and you have not received your Velocity Points, please contact the Velocity Membership Centre for assistance on 13 18 75 with the following:

For any order issues, please phone the Youfoodz customer service team on (07) 3633 0708 or email hungry@youfoodz.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Photos of the meal and / or delivery will be required to assist with the Youfoodz investigation of the order issue.
Yes. If you return products or if your delivery is stolen, you will still receive your Velocity Points earned from that order.
You won’t be eligible to earn Velocity Points if you don’t enter in your Velocity membership number into the relevant field at the checkout when you place your order.

Velocity members will earn 1 Velocity Point per $1 spent on Youfoodz orders that are made via youfoodz.com or on the Youfoodz App (iOS App version 2020.4 or later) only. Velocity Points will be earned on the amount of the order payable (incl. GST) by the member for the relevant Youfoodz purchase excluding delivery fees.

To be eligible for Velocity Points:

Members must be a current Velocity member or join Velocity.
Enter your first name, last name and a valid Velocity membership number into the relevant fields either in your YouFoodz “Account” section or at checkout when you place an order via youfoodz.com or on the YouFoodz App (iOS App version 2020.4 or later). Both the first and last name entered must correctly match the first and last name associated with the Velocity account. Velocity membership details must be recorded at the time of the transaction to be eligible for Velocity Points.
Complete a minimum order spend of $49 (incl. GST) via youfoodz.com or on the Youfoodz App (iOS App version 2020.4 or later). The minimum spend does not include delivery fees and must be made in one transaction.
Only the member who completes the order is eligible to earn Velocity Points.
Velocity Points for all eligible Youfoodz orders will be allocated within 10 working days of successful payment of each order.
Where a refund is processed, Velocity Points that would otherwise have been earned on the original purchase will not be earned or allocated to the member’s Velocity account, as a result of returning the purchased meals.
To earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
Youfoodz terms and conditions also apply.

Velocity Points will not be awarded on delivery fees or on purchases made in-store at any retailer selling Youfoodz.
