Velocity members will receive 20% bonus Velocity Points when they manually transfer eligible points from Participating Partners to Velocity into Velocity Points at least once each calendar month, for three consecutive months, between 1 November 2023 and 31 January 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Minimum points transfer required, transferred in each transaction. Members must initiate a points transfer in each of the three calendar months to meet the offer requirements. “Participating Partners” are: Australian American Express Card Members enrolled in the Membership Rewards program (this offer excludes American Express New Zealand Card Members), ANZ Rewards, ANZ Business Rewards, Westpac Altitude Rewards, NAB Rewards, Citi Rewards, HSBC (Platinum and Premier credit card holders), Diners Club Rewards, Card Services Rewards, Suncorp Credit Card Rewards (Platinum and Business credit card holders only), BOQ Q Rewards (Platinum credit card holders only), St.George Amplify Rewards, BankSA Amplify Rewards, Bank of Melbourne Amplify Rewards and CommBank Awards. ~Auto-Transfer Offer Terms and Conditions

Velocity members will receive 20% bonus Velocity Points when they opt in to Auto-Transfer on their eligible credit card with their Participating Partner and automatically transfer points from their Participating Partner to Velocity into Velocity Points between 12:00am AEST 1 November 2023 and 11:59pm AEST 31 January 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Minimum points transfer required, transferred in one transaction. “Participating Partners” are: ANZ Rewards, ANZ Business Rewards, NAB Rewards, St.George Amplify Rewards, BankSA Amplify Rewards and Bank of Melbourne Amplify Rewards. A Velocity member can transfer multiple times during the Promotion Period.

The earning and redemption of Participating Partner points is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Participating Partner reward program. Once the Participating Partner points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and the redemption cannot be reversed. Transferred Velocity Points and bonus Velocity Points will be available in your Velocity account subject to the applicable Participating Partner points transfer timeframes. Bonus Velocity Points are calculated on the accumulated total number of base Velocity Points transferred to the Velocity account in accordance with the offer and which arrive in the member's account in the Promotion Period. The redemption of ANZ Reward Points will be administered solely by ANZ Rewards and can take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity membership account. To redeem ANZ Reward Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be both an ANZ Rewards account holder and a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. The earning and redemption of ANZ Reward Points is subject to ANZ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. A minimum of 2,000 ANZ Reward Points is required for any redemption, and then additional multiples of 2 ANZ Reward Points. A minimum Points transfer requirement applies; members must transfer in blocks of 5,000 or 10,000 HSBC Rewards Points. Auto Redemption: Your entire accumulated Points balance on your enrolled NAB Rewards Card, as at the time of transfer, will be automatically transferred to your nominated Velocity Frequent Flyer account at the relevant NAB Reward Points transfer rate for that card each week. You will receive 1 Velocity Point for every 2 NAB Reward Points.

Manual Redemption: A minimum of 3,000 NAB Reward Points is required for any manual redemption, and thereafter must be in multiples of 2 NAB Reward Points. You will receive 1 Velocity Point for every 2 NAB Reward Points.

To redeem NAB Rewards Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be both a NAB Rewards account holder and a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. The earning and redemption of Rewards Points is subject to NAB Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

Points are earned and redeemed in accordance with the NAB Rewards Terms and Conditions. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder's responsibility and is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, available at velocityfrequentflyer.com. The redemption of Suncorp Credit Card Rewards points will be administered solely by NAB on behalf of Suncorp Clear Options Credit Cards and may take up to 28 days to transfer into the Velocity membership account. Once Suncorp Credit Card Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed.

You must have earned a minimum of 3,000 Altitude Points before you can redeem for any Altitude reward. A minimum of 6 Altitude points is required before points can be transferred to Velocity. You must transfer a minimum of 3,000 Altitude Points to Velocity in one transaction, with additional increments in multiples of 500 Altitude Points at a time. You will receive 1 Velocity Point for every 3 Altitude Points. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of the transfers. You will not receive Altitude Points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. Once Altitude Points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Terms and conditions and fees and charges apply and are available on request at any Westpac branch or via westpac.com.au. The features of the Altitude Card may change. Altitude Cards are issued by Westpac Banking Corporation ABN 33 007 457 141 AFSL and Australian credit licence 233714. All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions. Individuals must be an Altitude cardholder and Velocity member. The earning and redemption of Altitude Points is subject to the Altitude Rewards Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions set out when you do not earn Altitude Points, including on cash advances. To redeem Altitude Points, the cardholder must register (by calling 1300 887 820 or logging in to altituderewards.com.au) their Velocity membership number prior to their first redemption. For joint cardholders, the name of the Velocity member must match the first listed Account Owner's name. The redemption of Altitude Points is otherwise subject to the Altitude Rewards Terms and Conditions. Offer can be withdrawn or changed without notice.
