ANZ Rewards Terms and Conditions

All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability which may be limited and are subject to Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions. The earning and redemption of ANZ Reward points is subject to the ANZ Rewards - Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (please view full terms or call ANZ on 13 33 33 for a copy). To redeem ANZ Reward points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Commonwealth Bank

  1. Individuals must be a CommBank Awards cardholder. To redeem CommBank Awards points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, available at Velocity website. The redemption of CommBank Awards points will be administered solely by CommBank Awards and will take up to 3 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Membership of CommBank Awards is subject to the CommBank Awards Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. When converting CommBank Awards Points to Velocity Points, members must convert in increments of 2 Awards points in order to convert to whole Velocity Points.
  3. Points can only be transferred to a Velocity Account in the same name as the primary cardholder of the CommBank Awards account.
  4. Points transferred to Velocity, Velocity Points earn and redemption and membership of Velocity is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
  5. Subject to Condition 1, members can redeem their CommBank Awards points to Velocity Points at a conversion rate of 2 CommBank Awards points to 1 Velocity Point.
  6. To earn and redeem Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity member.  All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability, which may be limited and subject to Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions. All Awards are subject to availability and are subject to change without notification. Once CommBank Awards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be reversed. Redemption of Citi Reward Points for Velocity Points is only available to eligible Citi Rewards, Citi Premier and Citi Prestige Cardholders. The earning and redemption of Citi rewards Points is subject to the Citi Rewards terms and conditions,  or by calling 13 24 84. To redeem Citi rewards Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Redemption of HSBC Rewards Points for Velocity Points is only available to eligible HSBC Premier or Platinum credit card holders. 1 Velocity Point will be earned for every 2 HSBC Rewards Points transferred. A minimum Points transfer requirement applies; members must transfer in blocks of 5,000 or 10,000 HSBC Rewards Points. The earning and redemption of Diners Club Reward points (including available rewards and expiry of points) is subject to the Diners Club Rewards Terms & Conditions. Conversions from Diners Club Reward points must be in blocks of 7,500 Diners Club Reward points. Diners Club Reward points transferred to Velocity will take between 2-5 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. To redeem your Diners Club Reward points for Velocity Points please: (1) Call Diners Club Customer Service on 1300 360 060 to register your Velocity Membership Number (only required the first time). (2) Go online at www.dinersclub.com.au to transfer your points, or call the Diners Club Rewards Centre on 1300 360 060. All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability which may be limited and are subject to Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions. To redeem credit card reward points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. To redeem Card Services Rewards points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. The redemption of Card Services Rewards points will be administered solely by Card Services Rewards and may take up to 5 business days or longer to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Suncorp

The redemption of Suncorp Credit Card Rewards points (including available rewards and expiry of points) is only available to eligible Suncorp Clear Options Platinum or Business credit card holders and is subject to the Suncorp Credit Card Rewards Terms and Conditions. The redemption of Suncorp Credit Card Rewards points will be administered solely by Suncorp Credit Card Rewards and may take up to 5 business days to transfer into your Velocity Membership Account. To redeem your Suncorp Credit Card Rewards points for Velocity Points you must register your Velocity Membership Number with Suncorp Credit Card Rewards. Velocity Membership is the responsibility of the cardholder. Once Suncorp Credit Card Rewards points are transferred to Velocity, they will be subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions. Once Points are transferred, they cannot be cancelled or reversed. Citigroup Pty Limited ABN 88 004 325 080 AFSL No. 238098 (“Citigroup”) is the credit provider and issuer of Suncorp Clear Options Credit Cards. Redemption of Q Rewards points for Velocity Points is only available to eligible Platinum Cardholders. The earning and redemption of Q Rewards points is subject to the Bank of Queensland Rewards terms and conditions, or by calling 1300 206 349. To redeem Q Rewards points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. The first and last names on both your Q Rewards Account and your Velocity Frequent Flyer account must match. Upon completion of a Points Transfer request, the transferred Q Rewards® Points will immediately be deducted from your Rewards Balance. The redemption of Q Rewards® Points will be administered solely by Bank of Queensland Rewards and the applicable rewards currency will be posted to the Velocity Member account up to 5 business days after the completion of the Points Transfer redemption. Once Q Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
