American Express:

A minimum of 2,000 Membership Rewards points must be redeemed for Velocity Points at any one time during the Promotion Period and must be in increments of 2 Membership Rewards points (3 Membership Rewards points for Business Ascent). For full details on points transfers, including eligibility criteria, minimum points transfer requirements, applicable conversion rate see the American Express Membership Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. The earning and redemption of Membership Rewards points is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the American Express Membership Rewards Program. The redemption of Membership Rewards points will be administered solely by American Express and will take up to 1 business day to transfer into your Velocity Account and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the American Express Membership Rewards Program in which you are enrolled. Once the Membership Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Bonus Velocity Points will be administered by Velocity Frequent Flyer which will also take up to 3 business days to transfer into your Velocity Membership account. Bonus Velocity Points are calculated on the total number of Velocity Points transferred to the Velocity Account in accordance with the offer.  

ANZ Rewards Terms and Conditions

All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability which may be limited and are subject to Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions. The earning and redemption of ANZ Reward points is subject to the ANZ Rewards - Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (please view full terms or call ANZ on 13 33 33 for a copy). To redeem ANZ Reward points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the account holder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. The redemption of ANZ Reward points will be administered solely by ANZ Rewards and can take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account.  For ANZ Auto-Redemption a minimum transfer of 2,000 ANZ Reward Points and then additional multiples of 2 ANZ Reward Points applies.  Once ANZ Reward points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be reversed.

ANZ Business Rewards Terms and Conditions

All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability which may be limited and are subject to Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions. The earning and redemption of Reward Points is subject to the ANZ Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, available on the ANZ website, or call ANZ on 1800 032 481 for a copy. To redeem ANZ Business Reward Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. The redemption of ANZ Business Rewards Points will be administered solely by ANZ Business Rewards and can take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. For ANZ Auto-Redemption a minimum transfer of 2,000 ANZ Business Reward Points and then additional multiples of 2 ANZ Reward Points applies. NAB Rewards:

To redeem NAB Rewards Points, individuals must be both a NAB Rewards account holder and a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. The earning and redemption of Rewards Points is subject to NAB Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Minimum redemption amount = 3,000 NAB Rewards Points. NAB Rewards customers must transfer their NAB Rewards Points to Velocity Points by 31 May 2021 (Promotion Period) to receive the 15% Bonus Velocity Points. The 15% bonus Points will be calculated as the percentage of the base number of Velocity Points you will receive when you convert your NAB Rewards Points to Velocity Points during the Promotion Period, before any other bonuses are applied. Bonus Points awarded are rounded to the nearest whole number (no fractional points are allocated). Offer excludes Velocity autosweep members.

Points are earned and redeemed in accordance with the NAB Rewards Terms and Conditions. These terms describe the purchases not eligible to earn points. You must have an open and active NAB Rewards credit card account to earn points.

Once the NAB Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Transferred Velocity Points and bonus Velocity Points will be available in your Velocity Account within 10 business days. Bonus Velocity Points are calculated on the total number of Velocity Points transferred to the Velocity Account in accordance with the offer. You will not receive Altitude Points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. Once set up, each month your entire Westpac Altitude Points balance will be transferred to your nominated Velocity Frequent Flyer Account on your credit card statement cycle date. A minimum of 3 Altitude Points are required before points can be transferred. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of the transfers. Redemption of HSBC Rewards Points for Velocity Points is only available to eligible HSBC Premier or Platinum credit card holders. 1 Velocity Point will be earned for every 2 HSBC Rewards Points transferred. A minimum Points transfer requirement applies; members must transfer in blocks of 5,000 or 10,000 HSBC Rewards Points. The earning and redemption of HSBC Rewards Points is subject to the HSBC Rewards terms and conditions, available at the HSBC website or by calling 13 21 52. Points Transfer:
The earning and redemption of Citi rewards Points is subject to the Citi Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Minimum of 2,000 Citi rewards Points per transfer applies. Citi reward Points transferred will be rounded to the nearest whole Velocity Point. To redeem Citi reward Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity member and advise Citi of their Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number prior to redemption. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder's responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, available at velocityfrequentflyer.com. The redemption of Citi reward Points will be administered solely by Citi and may take up to 14 days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Once Citi reward Points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed.

Auto Sweep:
These terms should be read together with your Citi credit card rewards terms and conditions. 
You must accept these Points Autosweep Terms and Conditions in order to automatically transfer your available Points balance each month to your nominated participating loyalty program (Loyalty Program).
The nominated Loyalty Program account that you choose to transfer your available points must be under your name. You must provide the correct details of your Loyalty Program account number in order for us to successfully transfer the points to the Loyalty Program.
By opting in for Points Autosweep, the transferred Citi Rewards Points will be deducted from your Rewards Balance, on the nominated date of each month, provided you meet the minimum Points requirement for that Loyalty Program. Points will be redeemed at the conversion rate that has been disclosed to you.
Any actioned Points Autosweep is final and may not be cancelled, reversed or changed.
The applicable rewards currency will be posted to your nominated Loyalty Program account after the completion of the Autosweep redemption. It may take up to 28 business days for the applicable rewards currency to appear in your Loyalty Program membership account.
You may choose to opt out of Points Autosweep by clicking the “Remove” option. This opt out has to be done before your nominated day for Points Autosweep. If you opt out of Points Autosweep, your Points will no longer automatically transfer to your nominated Loyalty Program.
We may change the Autosweep redemption terms including participation of loyalty program providers, benefits, conditions of participation or Points/mileage levels (if applicable), in whole or in part, at any time. We will notify of any changes in accordance with your Citibank Rewards Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for the participating Loyalty Programs. We make no representations regarding any goods or services provided by the Loyalty Programs.

Diners Club:

The earning and redemption of Diners Club Reward Points is subject to the Diners Club Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Minimum of 7,500 Diners Club Reward Points per transfer applies. To redeem Diners Club Reward Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member and have advised Diners Club of their Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number prior to redemption. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder's responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, available at velocityfrequentflyer.com. The redemption of Diners Club Reward Points will be administered solely by Diners Club and may take up to 14 days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Once Diners Club Reward Points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions and cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed.

Card Services:

The earning and redemption of Card Services reward Points is subject to the Card Services Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Minimum of 25,000 Card Services reward Points per transfer applies. To redeem Card Services reward Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member and have advised Card Services of their Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number prior to redemption. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder's responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, available at velocityfrequentflyer.com. The redemption of Card Services reward Points will be administered solely by Card Services and may take up to 14 days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Commonwealth Bank

All Velocity Points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability, which may be limited and subject to Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions available at Velocity website

  1. Individuals must be a CommBank Awards cardholder. To redeem CommBank Awards points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity Member. Membership of Velocity is the cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, available at Velocity website. The redemption of CommBank Awards points will be administered solely by CommBank Awards and will take up to 3 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership Account. Membership of CommBank Awards is subject to the CommBank Awards Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. When converting CommBank Awards Points to Velocity Points, members must convert in increments of 2 Awards points in order to convert to whole Velocity Points.
  3. Points can only be transferred to a Velocity Account in the same name as the primary cardholder of the CommBank Awards account.
  4. Points transferred to Velocity, Velocity Points earn and redemption and membership of Velocity is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
  5. Subject to Condition 1, members can redeem their CommBank Awards points to Velocity Points at a conversion rate of 2 CommBank Awards points to 1 Velocity Point.
  6.
